Cesc Fabregas agrees deal to join Monaco from Chelsea, this summer

Cesc Fabregas has agreed a three-year deal to join Monaco this summer, but may be allowed to join the club this month if Chelsea can find a replacement, according to Sky sources.


Fabregas, whose contract runs out at the end of the season, is understood to have flown to Monaco to finalise a move to the Ligue 1 side.
Monaco manager Thierry Henry confirmed he is in regular contact with Fabregas, with the two players having played together at Arsenal, while Maurizio Sarri said the midfielder should leave Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia is blocking the deal for now, Sky Sports News understands, until the club can find a replacement for the 31-year-old.

Eden Hazard wins PFA Fan's award

Chelsea Eden Hazard has won the PFA Fans' Premier League Player of the Month award, beating the likes of Theo Walcott and Joe Allen. More than 61,000 votes were cast in the poll, which was held on the  Sky Sports  website and apps, with Hazard winning with 27,262 votes. Foreign Singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen dies at age 82

A statement on his official Facebook page said: "It is with profound sorrow we report that legendary poet, songwriter and artist Leonard Cohen has passed away. "We have lost one of music's most revered and prolific visionaries." A memorial is going to take place in Los Angeles at a later date, and it is not publicly known how or where he died.
